Clinic Art - Hamilton

Smith Health Consulting is the only Psychology clinic operating on the Six Nations of the Grand River reserve in Southwestern Ontario. Six Nations of the Grand River is a beautiful community with a rich heritage located outside Hamilton and Brantford. Smith Health has 2 office locations: our primary location in Hamilton and our second office in the village of Ohsweken in the heart of the Six Nations reserve.

We are currently serving the needs of the Hamilton and Six Nations communities. Our biggest referral sources are Six Nations Mental Health and the Workers Safety and Insurance Board of Ontario. We also take referrals from local family physicians and self-referrals from the community. We are looking for more qualified psychologists who are able to treat traumatized adults and children to join our terrific team.

Make a difference. Apply your education, skills, and training where they are really needed. Join my team in treating people who are living with cumulative trauma on reserve and work-related trauma in Hamilton. If you want to join me in being part of the solution that attempts to bring some healing to injured workers and our indigenous brothers and sisters, then apply here.

Registered psychologists and those seeking supervision are encouraged to apply.

At this time, the organization is only able to employ psychologists, so applications must be limited to those already registered or planning to register with the College of Psychologists of Ontario. Please ensure full or temporary registration with the college before applying.

Apply by sending a CV and cover letter to amber@smithhealthconsulting.ca
